He is a straight forward, no-nonsense cheerleader who is completely invested in you. He is with you every step of the way and keeping you focused, motivated and on-target. His positive spirit and encouraging approach to weekly goal achievements are by far the greatest part of the AM’s program. AM challenges you weekly to challenge yourself and be accountable.
