Our Zumba or Dance Workout classes are conducted in batches at our AM Fitness Studio. We take 12 sessions per month per batch. One session is of 45 minutes. A 45-minute dance class burns between 320 and 860 calories depending upon on weight. At AM Fitness, we have Zumba, Power yoga, Yoga and Bollywood Freestyle Dance classes too.
